Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete return request form within 7 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' errors are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. We may file small claim to the customers. All the leags fee are liable by customers.
Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. Also need to have authorization # within 7 days from receiving of goods. All return items must be original packaging. Return & damage items from retail customers will not be honered for refund or store credit.
